NOTE: A cheque can be mailed or taken to the spring meeting on April 22, 2017. Affiliation stickers will not be provided to clubs unless a post-dated cheque (June 15) has been received by May 15th, 2017 prior to the start of playdowns.
Should there be a large difference in membership, your cheque will be destroyed upon receipt of a replacement for the correct number of members.
Include a list of social members as failure to register these individuals leaves the club & directors liable for any mishap that may occur while they are on the property. Add $5 per member to your invoice.
New members are required to sign an insurance waiver.
Send the update as soon after registration as possible and continue adding new members during the summer. If you end up with more members than you paid for, send a cheque for the extra owing before the end of August.
No credit allowed after Aug 31.
