June 15 - All
membership invoices must be paid.
May 1 - August 31 -
Membership updates should be done regularly, when bowlers become
paid members, so they can be included in Insurance Coverage.
August 31 - Payment for
additional new members must be paid.
August 31- Request
for refund must be made if fewer members register. Refund request
form and unused stickers must be returned to the Data Base
Administrator.
November 30 - Send updated
executive information by email or mail. This information is needed
for club mailings and in preparation of the OLBA Annual. 2009
tournament dates are to be sent to Annual supervisor.
