Indoor Bowling

The following is a list of OLBA Clubs that offer indoor lawn bowling. This list is based on information entered in the OLBA database by clubs. If there are any errors or omissions, you should contact the club.
 
Some clubs may offer indoor bowling year round, while most offer it in the fall and winter.
  • Indoor bowling is typically categorized as: carpet, short mat and full length.
  • Carpet bowling is typically played on a surface that is 30 feet in length by 6 feet wide. Often smaller bowls are used.
  • Short mat bowling is generally played on a regulation surface that is 45 feet in length by 6 feet wide. Regular bowls are used.
  • Full length indoor bowling is generally played on a surface that will be close to 120 feet in length and regular width (14-19 feet). Regular bowls are used.
