In the event that, after submitting the form below, you think of something else that you want to tell us about your tournament or extra photos that you want to attach, please send an email message to [email protected]

    • ​In the section below, please feel free to tell all that you would like us to know about the tournament and its results.
    • ​Be clear and concise. Ensure that you have the proper spelling of each person's name and that all of your other information is correct.
    • ​Instead of typing, you may paste your information into this section from another document.
    ​Tournament photos
    • ​​The photos that you submit will be published on olba.ca.
    • Should OLBA receive a request to delete an image, we will do so immediately.​
    • We prefer photos to be in .jpg or .png format.
