Bowls Australia has produced a series of umpire training videos that are available on YouTube. I've assembled most of them into a play list. 2017 will be the last year for white pants, shorts, skirts, etc for OLBA umpires. This year, either white or black bottoms will be acceptable. However, all crew members should be dressed the same. Head event umpires will need to communicate with their crews ahead of time to coordinate what will be worn each day.
