World Bowls has published Crystal Mark version 3.1 of the Laws on their site. This update integrates the changes fron 2016 (size of logos / adhesive markings) and 2018 (allowing 000 and 0000 bowl sizes). Bowls Canada Boulingrin will not be publishing a new version at this time due to the significant expense and minimal impact of the changes.
